I want to know how to add apostroph to the language files while translating them? I cheked ASCII table but couldn't find it. Now, I copy and paste the original apastroph to the translated line, but there must be an easier way to add it.

Don't post support requests to the bug tracker and read the coding guidelines, there's a whole chapter regarding translations including entering Unicode characters.

Destek ile ilgisi yok, klavyemde olmayan karakterler kullanılıyorsa dil dosyasında bu bug tur ve onlarda öyle düşünüyor, ancak bir "bug değil" sevdası hakim:
