Geliştirme aşamasında ilk gelecek sürüm 3.1.0 olarak görünürken, aniden 3.0.1 olarak değiştirildi ve beklediğimden 2 gün geç te olsa 3.0.1 RC1 olarak duyuruldu.
NOT: Bu bir geliştirme sürümüdür, ardından belirsiz aralıklar ile pek çok sürüm çıkma ihtimali vardır. Son kullanıcıya kullanması genelde tavsiye edilmez, ancak ne yaptığını bilen ve sorunları çözebilen geliştiriciler kullanabilir, gördükleri hataları phpbb grubuna iletebilir.
Açıklamarda yazdığı kadarı ile RC ara sürümleri için bir e-posta listesi oluşturulmuş ve bu ara sürümler bundan böyle sadece maillist vasıtası ile duyurulacakmış.
